Ocean Property Supports Wildlife Rescue Center for a Better Society
The executives and employees of Ocean Property Co., Ltd. participated in a Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) activity by donating 20,000 THB to Wildlife Rescue Center 1 (Nakhon Nayok), located in Khao Phra Subdistrict, Mueang Nakhon Nayok District, Nakhon Nayok Province. This donation aims to support the rescue, care, and rehabilitation of wildlife that have been confiscated, rescued, or displaced from their natural habitats, including Bengal tigers, Asiatic black bears, long-tailed macaques, otters, and foxes. The center’s primary mission is to rehabilitate these animals, restore their health, and prepare them for reintegration into the wild.
This CSR activity was part of Ocean Property’s Annual Trip 2025, designed to foster strong relationships between executives and employees while promoting environmental conservation awareness. The company remains committed to supporting various social and environmental initiatives that contribute to the well-being of society and sustainability.

Ocean Property Celebrates 35 Years with the "Happy to Give" Campaign, Sharing Kindness with Foundation for Slum Child Care
Recently, Khun Napong Paripontpochanapisuti, Managing Director, along with the management team and employees of Ocean Property Co., Ltd, organized a heartwarming activity under the "Happy to Give" campaign to celebrate the company's 35th anniversary. The event included donating cash and consumer goods to the Foundation for Slum Child Care, under the patronage of Her Royal Highness Princess Galyani Vadhana, in Klong Toei, Bangkok. Additionally, they provided a lunch for the children under the foundation's care.
This activity aimed to share kindness from seniors to juniors, creating smiles and happiness for the children, while supporting them to receive proper care and development. Ocean Property believes that giving and sharing are key to bringing happiness to everyone and are also part of contributing to sustainable social development.
About the Foundation for Slum Child Care
The Foundation for Slum Child Care, under the royal patronage, focuses on caring for young children aged 3 months to 5 years from impoverished families or those in unsafe environments. The foundation cares for over 500 children annually and operates four child care homes: Baan Somwai (Klong Toey community), Baan Srinakarin (the Nong Kham Waste Management Center community), Baan Hang Kwam Wung (the On-Nut waste area community) and Baan Suea Yai (Suea Yai, Prachauthit community).
Ocean Property sincerely hopes that this activity will be a small but meaningful contribution to bring smiles and happiness to the children in the community, reaffirming the company's commitment to doing good deeds for Thai society.

Ocean Property Donates Goods to Wat Suan Kaew
Mr. Napong Paripontpochanapisuti, Managing Director of Ocean Property Co., Ltd., along with the company’s employees, gathered usable items from the company’s headquarters, including computers, electrical appliances, desks, office chairs, and construction materials. These items were donated to Wat Suan Kaew's donation truck, led by Phra Ajahn Phayom Kalayano in Nonthaburi Province, at the Ocean Tower 2 building in Bangkok. The donated goods will be used by the temple for their vocational training center and distributed to the underprivileged and local communities.

Ocean Property hold CSR activity at Thammik-Witthaya School (for the blind)
Ocean Property led by Mr. Napong Paripontpochanapisuti, managing director, together with the company’s management team and colleagues recently held a CSR activity at Thammik-Witthaya School (for the blind) during the 2023 outing trip in Phetchaburi. Ocean Property presented 50,000 Baht cash support, stationery, and snack boxes to the school’s students, and taking group photos together for good memory.

‘Ocean Property’ Supports Phuket Community As Part Of Its “Ocean Support You” Campaign
Mr. Napong Paripontpochanapisuti, Managing Director of Ocean Property Co. Ltd., a leading Thai real estate developer, together with Ocean Property’s team, employees and residents of Ocean Town Muang-Ratsada, presented 600 emergency survival bags to 600 households in Hon Sai Thong Community in Phuket’s Ratsada District, under their “Ocean Support You” campaign – a campaign to support communities that have been economically impacted by the Covid-19 disruption.
In addition, Ocean Property also presented a first aid kit and blood pressure monitoring equipment to the Community Health Service, which was received by Mr. Teera Poomchuay, Community Chief of Hon Sai Thong.
