Each office suite is especially designed to include the following facilities and decorations:

  • Granite lifts lobby wall and floor.
  • Private restrooms for ladies and gentlemen, exclusive for each quarter floor suite, completed with all necessary sanitary equipments and granite counter top.
  • Separate water cooled package air-conditioning unit in each quarter floor suite connected to central water-cooled system designed to save energy cost and to increase operational flexibility for each office suite.
  • Separate electricity and water usage meters installed for each unit.

    Sports Complex & Meeting Room

    The sports complex offers an impressive fitness room equipped with exercise equipments.  Sauna rooms and dressing areas are provided separated for ladies and gentlemen. A 20 meters long swimming pool offers a relax swimming exercise particularly at the end of day after long working hours. It’s available for free of charge.

    Meeting room service, located on 12th floor, is provided for our valued tenant and suitable for a small board meeting (10-15 seats). Minimum service fee is 300 baht for the first 3 hours and 100 baht in the next hour.
