Ocean Portofino’s construction moves smoothly on with 20% completion
Pattaya (xx January 2007) – Ocean Property Company Limited, developer of ‘Ocean Portofino Condominium,’ led by Mrs. Nusara (Assakul) Banyatpiyapod, President of Ocean Property Company Limited (2nd from left), Mr. Napong Paripontpochanapisuti, Project Coordinator (1st from left), and Dr. Vicharn Tantichaiboriboon, Structure Designer (3rd from right), along with engineers and architects teams Mr. Jakchai Posayanond (4th from left), Project Director of Christiani & Nielson (Thai) Public Company who response of the project’s architectural and structural constructions, Mr. Weerapon Pakawatsoonthorn (2nd from right), Lead Engineer of Traimit Engineering and Associates Company Limited who response of the systematic and engineering sides of the buildings, and Mr. Teeranan Yunan (1st from right), Construction Manager of A.E. Asia Company Limited, manager and supervisor of the project’s construction, inspected the procedure and progress of the construction of the project. Currently, the construction has been completed for about 20% with 40% of the total availability sold. The project is scheduled to be completed by May 2008.
‘Ocean Portofino Condominium’ is a luxurious condominium project with suites from 1-2-3-4 bedrooms and spaces of 77-318 square metres with panoramic, 180 degrees, views of the yacht dock. The project is composed of 268 units on a 36-storey building on 2.5 rai plot of land in the area of Ocean Marina Yacht Club on Jomtien Beach, Pattaya.
